How can I sign up for a free trial?

Welcome! You can sign up for a free 7 day trial on www.obefitness.com.

What equipment do I need?

obé classes are designed for all levels. If you are just starting out, no equipment is needed. As you get stronger, you can level up with resistance loops, hand weights, ankle weights and sliders. We recommend a mat or soft surface for abs and floor work.

When is obé live?

We live stream classes every day, 7 days a week. Exact times are listed on the schedule and adjust based on your time zone.

How do I watch?

We are currently web and iOS app based. We’ve found that the bigger the screen, the better the experience. We’ve created these short tutorials to walk you through getting obé to your TV.

Please note, obé is not compatible with your Smart TV’s web browser.

Do I have to reserve my class in advance?

The add to cal function is a tool to make your life easier and keep you accountable by helping you plan your workouts. You don’t need to sign up to take class and can join at any time

Where is obé available?

obé is available only to residents of the United States and Canada.

What type of classes do you offer?

obé workouts are structured on three pillars: Define, Sweat and Flow. Our expert instructors will guide you through each workout offering all the necessary modifications. You can find descriptions of all of our classes on our “New to obé” page.

How can I favorite a class?

You can add a class to your favorites by selecting the pink heart, located in the upper right-hand corner of each on-demand video.

What are your subscription plan offerings?

You can subscribe to either a monthly or annual subscription. A monthly subscription is $27 USD per month, and automatically renews every month. An annual subscription is $199 USD per year, a 40% savings compared to monthly, and automatically renews every year. If you decide to change to annual membership, you will be charged a prorated amount based on where you are in our monthly billing plan. With the annual membership, you will have complimentary access to all past and current member challenges.

How can I sign up for a challenge?

If you are an annual member, you will automatically have access to challenge content at no additional cost. If you are a monthly member, you can join a challenge by switching to annual membership

How can I change my membership plan?

If you created your account on our website, you can change to annual membership within your account settings:

  1. Sign into your account on www.obefitness.com,
  2. Select your initials, located in the right-hand corner
  3. Select “Manage Subscription”
  4. Select “Annual Membership”
  5. Select “Save Changes”

Once you change, your annual membership will begin and you will be charged a prorated amount based on where you are in your monthly plan.

If you created your account within the app, you can change to annual membership within your Apple subscription settings:

  1. Go to your iOS settings
  2. Select your name, located at the top of your settings page
  3. Select iTunes & App Store
  4. Select Apple ID (your Apple ID email)
  5. Select View Apple ID and sign into your Apple ID account
  6. Scroll down to Subscriptions and select Manage
  7. Select obé and select Cancel Subscription

How can I update my payment information?

If you created your account on our website, you can update your payment information within your account settings. Sign into your account on www.obefitness.com, select your initials, located in the upper right-hand corner, followed by “Manage Subscription”. Scroll down to update your billing information within the “Change Credit Card” section.

If you created your account within the app, you are billed by Apple through your iTunes account.

How often do you add new classes to the on-demand library?

New on-demand classes are added every single day! We’ve always got you covered.

How can I connect with the obé community?

Connect with obé members outside of class in our private Facebook group. From #sweatyselfies to recipes, books, travel recommendations & everything in between, the private Facebook group is an incredible resource for daily motivation (in class or in life!). Join the conversation here.

How can I improve my streaming quality?

If you’re tuning in from the app:

  1. Confirm you’re using the latest app version: Log out of the app version you’re currently using, delete it from your phone completely, then download the latest version from the app store.
  2. Confirm you have the latest operating software on your phone. Older software versions can cause compatibility issues that can affect streaming quality.

If you’re tuning in directly from the website:

  1. Clear your browser cache: You will typically find controls to clear cached images and files in the “history” or “clear browsing data” sections of the browser settings menu.
  2. Update your browser version: Older browser versions may have settings or other compatibility issues that prevent you from streaming video or audio content.

How can I cancel my membership?

If you created your account on our website, you can cancel by calling our customer support team. Sign into your account on www.obefitness.com, select your initials, located in the upper right-hand corner, followed by “Manage Subscription”. Scroll down to the “Cancel Subscription” section to view the number. Please note this is not accessible on the app.

If you created your account within the app, you will need to cancel within your Apple subscription settings. Please note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

  1. Go to your iOS settings
  2. Select your name, located at the top of your settings page
  3. Select iTunes & App Store
  4. Select Apple ID (your Apple ID email)
  5. Select View Apple ID and sign into your Apple ID account
  6. Scroll down to Subscriptions and select Manage
  7. Select obé and select Cancel Subscription

After cancelling your subscription, you will continue to have access to your account until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling your subscription will not provide refunds.
