Instructor Class Alerts

Never miss a class from your favorite obé instructors! You can now receive push notifications every time they drop a new on-demand class.
Simply update your app and toggle notifications on/off for the instructors you want to stay updated with. Need to make updates? Head to Settings > Notifications > Instructor Class Drops any time.
Gym-Friendly Filter

Our gym-friendly filter is now available both on web and in the obé app! Toggle this filter on in the on-demand library to easily find workouts you can take at the gym. And yes, you’ll find plenty of options integrating gym equipment like benches, kettlebells, weights, weight plates, and more.
Movement Logging

This feature lets you log the reps and weights used in your workouts directly under the ‘Progress’ tab in ‘Insights’ on the obé app.
To use it, tap on ‘Movement Log,’ then browse or search for exercises like Bicep Curl, Glute Bridge, or Jump Squat. Once you’ve found the movement, simply click on it to add your current reps or weights—so you can track your progress over time. Whether you’re fine-tuning your form, leveling up your reps, or mastering new moves, this tool makes it easy.
For those using Movement logs after class, we’ve added default rep counts to all movements that involve reps to simplify the recording process. We’ve also added a duration field for movements that don’t require reps or weights (think: a plank hold).
