How to connect your computer to your TV with an HDMI cable
1. Plug the HDMI cable into your TV.
2. Set the input on your TV to HDMI 1.
3. Use any browser to visit www.obefitness.com and log in to your account.
4. Choose the Live or Replay class you want to watch.
5. Start the video.
6. Plug the HDMI cord into your computer, and your obé workout will be displayed on your TV!
