If there’s one thing that sets obé (far) above the rest, it’s our A-to-Z, everything-but-the-kitchen-sink variety. From Dance HIIT to Restorative Yoga and everything in between, our workout class types range from (super) high intensity to very chill vibes.

Our class types fall into four categories: Cardio, Strength Training, Yoga, and Activate/Recover. Cardio Workout Classes

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) is the ideal workout if you’re short on time. Get ready for short periods of intense movement alternated with rest—a format that builds serious strength and cardiovascular health. Burpees, anyone?

BOXING is where you can really blow off some steam. This full-body workout combines boxing combos with bursts of high-intensity cardio training. Expect lots of sweat and mood-boosting endorphins!

BOUNCE is a trampoline-based workout that’s low-impact—but don’t let that fool you. It’s also high-intensity! This mood-boosting class combines nostalgia with a killer workout that will leave you breathless while building strength. RIDE brings high-intensity, low-impact cardio to your bike—any bike. These beat-based rides will get your heart pumping (and sweat dripping) as you cycle through intervals and hills, with some follow-along choreography to boost your endurance—and mood. JUMP is a high-intensity, low-impact cardio workout class that will boost your endurance and leave you glistening. STEP is a low-impact, high-intensity cardio class that will challenge your body and mind. Moving to the beat, you’ll follow fun cardio-only or cardio-plus-sculpt sequences that leave you sweating and strong. Step bench required!

ENDURANCE raises your heart rate with athletic yet lower-impact moves (think: jabs, skaters, and walkouts) and recovery between rounds. Expect to work for longer periods but at a more moderate pace than in HIIT, so you’ll feel breathless but not completely taxed.

Strength Training Workout Classes

SCULPT focuses on toning and lengthening your muscles with high-repetition sequences that fatigue them all the right ways (with a side of cardio!). Get ready to pulse and feel the burn—that’s how you know it’s working.

PILATES is all about strengthening your powerhouse (aka your core), increasing stability, and improving posture using body weight and light resistance. Warning: this no-to-low-impact class might feel easy at first, but it will get spicy!

BARRE is a low-impact, high-intensity combo derived from Ballet, featuring elements of Yoga, Pilates, plus a touch of cardio. Expect improved flexibility, posture, and full-body strength building—no ballet experience required. Learn more here.

Yoga + Activate/Recover Classes

VINYASA YOGA is composed of vinyasa flows designed to build heat, loosen your muscles, and build strength.

YOGA SCULPT is your yoga practice turned up a notch. Using light weights, you’ll flow through strength and toning movements that target all the major muscle groups. It’s your mind-body practice with extra sweat.

RESTORATIVE YOGA is all about prioritizing you. Rooted in the yin yoga tradition, it focuses on holding longer, restorative poses so you can recharge and practice self-care. Grab your favorite pillow or cozy blanket, and focus on your breath as you sink in.
